I found it nearly impossible to figure out how to ‘pay later’. After three hours and three emails, I finally learned I had to use a completely different app to pay. I was informed I had until midnight to pay, but when I tried to enter the date and time, I was told it couldn’t be backdated. I ended up paying for two hours on a future date, only to be told it wouldn’t be accepted as payment, leaving me facing a penalty notice.
