Fined me for parking twice at a travelodge, their signs were obscured by large vehicles either side of the door, I validated my parking after I saw workmen putting up the signs on lampposts in front of where I was parked, but it was too late. Fined me twice and now going to court. This company is a disgrace.

Complete dishonesty.

Complete dishonesty. I attempted to pay for my parking but was denied - then I was fined for not paying! I submitted an appeal, yet they still imposed the fine. Deceitful. I will never return to this parking facility.

Disappointing Experience on a Significant Day

On November 2nd, I, a military veteran and member of an organization, was at a local store selling poppies with others. Upon my arrival, the stand was bustling, and I mistakenly forgot to register my vehicle at customer service. A few days later, I received a parking ticket for exceeding the 3-hour limit, with a fine of £70 or £40 if paid within 14 days. I appealed, explaining my situation as a veteran raising funds for those in need, but my appeal was denied. It's utterly shameful for a company to pursue a veteran on such an important day. I hope my £40 brings you joy.

Complete scammers. While I was working, I received my fourth fine from them, totaling nearly £800 for simply going to work. I will be pursuing this further; it's absolutely outrageous.

Despicable behavior

A group of despicable individuals. We parked in a disabled spot with our valid pass, yet there were no signs indicating no parking. We were out of the car for less than 10 minutes, and upon our return, five cars had tickets. We exited around a sign that was placed too high to see, indicating loading only. This is a cowardly scheme targeting disabled individuals. My appeal was futile; it’s clear this is a scam run by unscrupulous people who prey on the vulnerable.

Issuing unjust fines without accountability

Steer clear of this service if possible. They issued me a false fine after a brief stay, claiming I overstayed the limit. Their so-called evidence showed my car at the location when, in fact, I was at home. I won my appeal, but they dismissed it as an 'ANPR glitch' with no real acknowledgment of their mistake. They can issue fines without proof, leaving drivers in a difficult position. Without my own evidence, I would have been forced to pay for something I didn’t do. This service operates with a troubling level of incompetence or deceit.

Frustrating payment process

I found it nearly impossible to figure out how to ‘pay later’. After three hours and three emails, I finally learned I had to use a completely different app to pay. I was informed I had until midnight to pay, but when I tried to enter the date and time, I was told it couldn’t be backdated. I ended up paying for two hours on a future date, only to be told it wouldn’t be accepted as payment, leaving me facing a penalty notice. This has cost me not only money but also my trust, and I see I’m not the only one experiencing this flawed system.

Lack of leniency in appeals

I accepted responsibility for a charge notice due to my ignorance of parking timings at the time and appealed for a reduction, but it was outright rejected.
