I placed an order in January, I was told it was a pre order and the stock would be available in March, by August I still hadn’t received anything after regularly chasing. They wouldn’t give me my money back, and told me my only option was to receive a store credit. I questioned why as I hadn’t received anything and they kept saying it was their refund policy. But I had never even received an order in the first place!! The customer service was extremely rude. Would not use again.
