My experience mirrors that of many others.

It seems I had a similar situation as several others. I ordered an LP and received an email indicating it was out of stock, along with a lengthy explanation about their efforts to source it from another supplier. When I requested a refund, I was met with a narrative about being an independent store and how store credit would help them. Upon asking for a refund again, the response was notably different, and I was curtly informed that the refund process would take 14 days. When I shared the email with a friend to vent, she revealed she had gone through the exact same ordeal.
