9Placed an order for 6 records. Money was taken, I then received an email saying 5 of the 6 records were out of stock.
I was offered alternatives or store credit.
I expressed I did not want this, then after some delay I received an email back saying they would cancel my order and issue a refund in 14 days. It has not been 22 days since I first placed the order
No refund given still. Luckily after raising the dispute with my bank they refunded the money and are chasing horizon on my behalf.
