My partner ordered cat biscuits on December 7th, and I still haven't received them or any updates. I tried to call today, but it went to voicemail. I left a message at 9:00, and there's been no response yet. I've had to buy cat biscuits from another provider since I'm out. This is the first time I've encountered a problem, but I'm pretty sure I won't be using this service again. Normally, I receive my orders within a week, so this delay is quite frustrating. They definitely aren't quick with order fulfillment, and I'm really disappointed.
