I had an inquiry regarding my order, and the support team addressed it promptly. The item I bought was offered at a fantastic price and arrived right on schedule. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will definitely shop with this service again in the future.
My partner placed an order on December 7th, and I still haven't received my cat biscuits or any updates. I called today, but it went straight to voicemail. I left a message at 9:00, and I haven't heard anything back yet. I've had to purchase the cat biscuits from another provider since I'm out. This is the first issue I've faced, but I'm quite certain I won't be using this service again. Usually, I receive my orders within a week, which makes this delay frustrating. They are certainly not prompt with order fulfillment, and I'm really upset about this situation.

I initially chose this company thinking it was smaller and worth supporting, but I regret that decision now! I received no communication unless I reached out, and the apologies felt insincere. Being told it could take up to 10 days for a refund is absurd! Their refund process seems just as slow as their deliveries. I suggest avoiding this company and opting for a more reputable online retailer!

Update: The owner quickly addressed the issue. I'm back on subscription, and my weekly deliveries are timely with all orders fulfilled. Previously, customer service was lacking, as my subscriptions were two orders behind. I received no email response, and no one answered the phone. The website had login issues, preventing me from managing my subscription or orders.
