I had to cancel my order after waiting two weeks for it to ship, with no sign of it being sent! I got the 'festive season' excuses, but after seeing the reviews, this seems to be a year-round issue. I initially chose this company thinking it was smaller and worth supporting, but I regret that decision now! I received no communication unless I reached out, and the apologies felt insincere. Being told it could take up to 10 days for a refund is absurd! Their refund process seems just as slow as their deliveries. I suggest avoiding this company and opting for a more reputable online retailer!
