Update: The owner quickly addressed the issue. I'm back on subscription, and my weekly deliveries are timely with all orders fulfilled. Previously, customer service was lacking, as my subscriptions were two orders behind. I received no email response, and no one answered the phone. The website had login issues, preventing me from managing my subscription or orders.
