My partner placed an order on December 7th, and I still haven't received my cat biscuits or any updates. I called today, but it went straight to voicemail. I left a message at 9:00, and I haven't heard anything back yet. I've had to purchase the cat biscuits from another provider since I'm out. This is the first issue I've faced, but I'm quite certain I won't be using this service again. Usually, I receive my orders within a week, which makes this delay frustrating. They are certainly not prompt with order fulfillment, and I'm really upset about this situation.
