I ordered an item as a Christmas gift on November 25, and it’s now December 21 with no sign of it. It would have arrived faster from another retailer! I do not recommend this service. I reached out to customer support, but their excuse about the order being ‘stuck’ is unacceptable. With only a few days until Christmas, I’m frustrated. The parcel finally arrived after four weeks, but the service was terrible.
