I really wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. I bought leggings that arrived quickly, but a month later I was hit with a $57 bill from the shipping company. I had to search through the website for any information about this charge. It was not mentioned during the purchase. BE CAUTIOUS. THIS FEELS LIKE A SCAM. The company's responses to reviews blame the shipping provider. I strongly advise against ordering from them.
I genuinely love the product, but returning anything is incredibly difficult and costly. Returns must be sent to another country and cost around £20 from the UK. My return label didn’t work, and I requested a new one multiple times with no response from customer service. Very disappointing.
WARNING: You may be offered free shipping, but then hit with an £88 import tax bill. I thought I was buying from a local company since the prices were in local currency and the website appeared UK-based. This has made my purchase much more expensive! Nowhere does it mention the import tax unless you read the very fine print. VERY MISLEADING SALES PRACTICE!

The clothing is lovely, but I find it overpriced for what it is. The shock of receiving a £71.36 duty and tax bill from the shipping company after spending £192 was overwhelming. This is not clearly stated on their website, so if you’re in the UK, I suggest looking elsewhere. It would be cheaper to buy basic items and add embellishments yourself.
