The products are beautiful, but it’s disappointing that the company does not clearly state the duty and tax for orders over £135 to the UK. My purchase was about £175, and the duty was £75, making it quite expensive. While I should have done my research, I didn’t realize it was shipping from another country. The company should be more transparent about potential charges. I reached out twice regarding my duty charge, and received no response.
