I received my items without issue, but the item I purchased did not fit. I followed the return process outlined on their website, returning the item from Australia to the UK at my own expense, about £40 for shipping. The return was received in the UK on October 22, but despite multiple emails to follow up on my refund, I have received no response as of December 27. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend shopping with this retailer.
