If I could give a zero star I would, worked on a custom order for almost four weeks and placed the order then two days after order was placed they emailed to let me know that order was canceled as they cannot deliver on time after confirming multiple times and working on the order for so long they just canceled it did not even try to fix their mistake nor tried to prioritize the order instead wasted my four weeks of emailing back and forth so if you want to give yourself a headache and a nightmare try placing an order

I ordered a scarf and hat for Christmas. The scarf arrived, but the tracking code provided was ineffective. The hat has yet to arrive. Mixed feelings...

I purchased a long houndstooth coat from them. It's quite eye-catching and attractive! However, the quality seems low. The lining is made from inferior fabric and the hardware feels cheap. This is not what I would expect from a so-called luxury brand. I also find it strange that there’s no tag indicating where the coat was manufactured.

Coat of outstanding quality.

I ordered a coat from a retailer and was promptly informed that it would take a bit longer to arrive since they make their products to order, especially during this busy time. Upon arrival, the coat was of remarkable quality and exactly as described. The customer service and follow-up were outstanding. I will certainly return for another purchase.

Deceptive sales practices and poor experience.

I ordered a coat with real fur cuffs from a retailer at a discounted price. They confirmed my order and processed my payment but failed to deliver the product as promised. Weeks later, they admitted they only had a faux fur version and offered a partial refund instead of fulfilling my original order. I was also wrongly accused of initiating a chargeback. They blocked me on social media after I shared my experience, which reflects poorly on their customer relations. I eventually received my refund, but the company has not taken responsibility. I advise potential customers to be cautious when making purchases.

The coat looks exactly like the picture, and the size was spot on. I have no complaints. The price seemed very fair. Despite some negative reviews, I took a chance and had a positive experience.

Terrible customer service.

I returned items that arrived in poor condition and have not received a refund. One item is still missing three weeks after my order, and my numerous emails to the company have gone unanswered. This company feels like a scam; I would advise against shopping here.
