I ordered a coat weeks ago and have yet to receive it. When I reached out, they claimed it was still being made. A week later, they said it would ship that day, but it never did. Since then, they have ignored all my calls, emails, and messages on social media. They have the audacity to market themselves as a 'luxury' brand. This has been the worst customer experience I've ever had. I believe this company is a scam.
