I very rarely write negative reviews, however this was a particularly terrible experience. Over a month ago, I made some VERY SIMPLE enquiries regarding a workshop. My query and subsequent email wouldn't have taken longer than 5 mins to respond to.I was told that I would be "telephoned back within 24 hours". No such thing happened.I followed up again every couple of weeks, and was told similar. No calls materialised and my email went unanswered. I rang for a final time today, and was treated rudely and brusquely by Gillian. Absolutely terrible customer service, with an air of arrogance and really dismissive. AVOID!!
