Hoseasons rang to cancel holiday 11 days before the holiday was due to start. Very disappointed. They said there were now no units available however I then booked a caravan directly with the same haven site. This is the second time this has happened. I've also found that the wrong information is provided regarding what is available in caravans such as a dishwasher in the caravan, towels provided, etc. When I've queried these things with the reception on site, I'm advised that Hoseasons have provided the wrong information on their website. Booked through Hoseasons for 20 years however I don't think I'll be using them again.
