There seems to be a reluctance to respond to customer emails/answering telephones.
This may be the "New way" of doing business, however some of us are of an older generation who were used to doing business over the phone, and furthermore customer representatives getting back to us when we call.
What a horrible way of doing business! I should have learned after my experience with Hoseasons during the Covid epidemic!
Once they have your money, it would appear that all accountability disappears!
Why don't you have people responding to booking emails / answering the damned phone?
