Altı yıl boyunca Kayseri’deki bir diş hekimine sorunsuz bir şekilde gidiyorduk. Geçen yıl Alanya’daki Hospitadent’i denemeye karar verdik ve gerçekten memnun kaldık — ben temizlik ve kanal tedavisi yaptırdım, her şey sorunsuz geçti. Bu olumlu deneyime dayanarak, sekiz ay sonrasına, Ocak 2026’ya bir kontrol ve temizlik randevusu aldık.Randevudan önce WhatsApp üzerinden temizlik için bize 3.750 TL (74 EUR) fiyat verildi. Bu fiyatın yüksek olduğunu düşünmüştük, çünkü normalde kişi başı yaklaşık 30 EUR ödüyoruz, ancak yine de gitmeye karar verdik. Tam bir diş temizliği yapıldı ve hesap geldiğinde 110 EUR olduğunu gördük. Daha sonra kişi başı 90 EUR’a “indirim” yapabileceklerini söylediler, ancak bu yine de kabul edilemezdi — hem alışık olduğumuz fiyatın çok üzerindeydi hem de verilen tekliften daha yüksekti.Fiyat farkını sorduğumda, 74 EUR’luk fiyatın sadece üst dişlerin temizliği için geçerli olduğunu söylediler. Sadece üst dişlerini temizleten birini hiç duymadım.Memnun olmadığımızı ve bir daha gelmeyeceğimizi söyledim. Verdikleri tek cevap “Tamam” oldu. Ayrıca ismimi sistemlerinden silmeyi de reddettiler. Türk müşterilerin aynı fiyatı ödeyip ödemediğini sorduğumda “Evet” dediler. Bunun üzerine iki Türk arkadaşımız aynı kliniği aradı — ikisine de tam temizlik için kişi başı 2.000 TL fiyat verildi. Türkiye’de yaşıyoruz, yerliyiz ve diş hekimlerinin yabancılara ek %10 vergi yansıtmak zorunda olmadığını biliyoruz. Bu olaydan önce bu kliniği arkadaşlarımıza bile önermiştik.Bu kliniğe gitmeyi düşünüyorsanız çok dikkatli olun. Fiyatı mutlaka önceden teyit edin ve tam ağız için mi yoksa diş başına mı olduğunu sorun. Bizim deneyimimize göre yabancılardan faydalanıyorlar. Bu durumu Sağlık Bakanlığı’na ve turizm yetkililerine bildirmeyi düşünüyorum.We had been going to a dentist in Kayseri for six years without any issues. Last year, we decided to try Hospitadent in Alanya and were genuinely pleased — I had a cleaning and a root canal treatment, and everything went smoothly. Based on that positive experience, we booked a follow‑up check‑up and cleaning eight months later, in January 2026.Before the appointment, we were quoted 3,750 TL (74 EUR) via WhatsApp for a cleaning. We already felt this was high, since we normally pay around 30 EUR per person, but we went ahead. I received a full cleaning, and when the bill arrived, it was 110 EUR. They then offered a “discount” to 90 EUR per person, which I still found unacceptable — not only was it far above what we usually pay, it was even higher than the quote.When I questioned the difference, they claimed the 74 EUR quote was only for cleaning the top teeth. I don’t know anyone who gets only their top teeth cleaned.I told them we were unhappy and would not return. Their response was simply, “That’s okay.” They also refused to remove my name from their system. When I asked whether Turkish customers pay the same prices, they said yes. To check, two of our Turkish friends called the same clinic — both were quoted 2,000 TL per person for a full cleaning. We live in Turkey, we are locals, and we know that dentists do not have to charge the additional 10% tax to foreigners. We even recommended this clinic to friends before this happened.If you plan to visit this clinic, be very careful. Always confirm the price beforehand and ask whether it’s for the full mouth or per tooth. Based on our experience, they take advantage of foreigners. I am considering reporting this to the Ministry of Health and tourism.
