After filing a formal complaint, I was informed that no refund would be issued, and the only resolution offered was a 20% discount on a future booking. While the correspondence acknowledged my concerns, I felt that the outcome did not adequately address the issues I faced or the impact they had on my stay. The resolution seemed to reflect the property owner's stance rather than providing a fair assessment of the guest experience. This situation has shaken my confidence in the service's accommodation standards and in their handling of complaints. I am sharing this review to assist others in making an informed decision.
