The location was fantastic, and the house was tidy and clean, making it a place I would recommend to others. I would likely book again if I return, but definitely not during the colder months. However, there are areas for improvement regarding customer care: we arrived to an apartment without blinds or curtains in the living room, which was challenging given the cold weather and an inefficient heating system. My kids and I felt quite chilly indoors throughout our stay and had to keep our hoodies and jumpers on with socks, which still wasn’t quite enough. There was also no extra duvet for the advertised sofa bed, and we found empty bottles of hand soap and shower gel (although I can't recall if they were supposed to be provided), as well as no toilet paper and empty sachets in the bathroom drawers. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time, but it would have been perfect if we had booked in summer or had a backup plan for the heating.
