Failed to uphold their agreement – did not pay what they owed. The service signed a contract to cover termination fees but only paid part. They also neglected to cancel my previous services, leading to ongoing charges. This has been extremely unprofessional, as they do not honor their commitments and waste your time. I recommend avoiding them.
