This has been one of the most disappointing business decisions I have made. The initial sales process relied heavily on pressure and fear based tactics to secure a commitment, followed by strong encouragement to enter a long term subscription.

The quality of the service has been extremely poor. The advice provided was overly conservative, impractical, and ultimately costly for my business. In comparison, widely available AI tools provide clearer and more useful guidance at a fraction of the cost.

Overall, the service did not deliver value, and my experience across all interactions was consistently negative. I would strongly encourage others to thoroughly assess alternatives before committing, and to learn from my experience.

Consistent Support and Excellent Service

I found myself needing to contact the support team about four times regarding the same issue. During each call, I made it clear that the staff member was not scheduled for any shifts. On previous occasions, I was informed that the employee was still eligible for 10 days of pay, and when I inquired about calculating the amount, I was advised to base it on her regular shift, assuming she was rostered. During my last conversation with a representative, she was attentive and made sure to clarify my questions, ensuring that I felt understood. She proactively utilized her resources to provide me with the correct legal information. I appreciated her kindness, courtesy, and patience. Thank you for the support!
