Had an awful experience with this company, would give them a 0 if it was possible. Shocking customer service. Tried all week from Monday 18th till Friday 22nd with numerous calls and emails being passed from pillar to post with promises that someone would call me back, but nobody did, to cancel a contract that doesn't go live until Monday 25th.Then when trying to ring from my mobile I was met with a message stating they were unable to take calls at that time, this happened at least 15 to 20 times on three of their contact numbers. My daughter then tried from her mobile which they have no record of and the call was answered within three rings! I spoke to Tom on IT support eventually at about 1.30pm on Friday 22nd I advised him I was recording the call and requested that a manager ring me back by 2.30pm.I was called back by Jason at 2.15pm to be told after a week of near non-existent communication that they require 24 business hours to cancel, and as it was now Friday this wasn't going to happen.(seems to me to be delaying tactics to prevent me from cancelling before the live date) I have now been stuck with a bill from my current supplier, and a five year contract that is not fit or purpose as my business will be on the market early next year. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a supposedly reputable company.
