I would give one star if I could.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Their customer service is completely unacceptable, you will only receive automated answers if you ever need their help with your booking.
We had made a booking through the website (they charged us a fee which would have been fine if they had helped with anything) The Hostel was completely unresponsive for 2 months which forced us to make another booking through a different platform to another hostel just to be sure we’d have a place to stay.
All HostelWorld did to help was give us the phone and
Email of the hostel that we had already contacted. They have 0 communication with the hostels they partner with.
HostelWorld has still not given us the fee back and the hostel itself is still making attempts to charge us for the reservation although we never heard back from them regarding our concerns.
