The low rating is not based on services the platform has provided me. It’s from a support chat that I had tonight after I needed to change a compromised password on one of my email accounts. These accounts have been set up with 2GB quotas for a very long time. The accounts password would not change because the web page had 100MB quota validation. Only way to resolve was to upgrade my plan to Baby. In addition the chat person just decided to change the password on one of my email accounts without getting my approval. It wasn’t even the right one. I had asked several times to get a supervisor on. Finally she said she would but never did. I’ll be looking for a new hosting provider as I think it shouldn’t cost me $18 per month to host a few email accounts. I don’t use any of the other tools
