This is a very very very bad company that I've been with for years and just over the past few years, they've gone really, really, really bad! One (of many) examples is all of my websites have become infected in every single folder, all at the same time! A ploy to make it nearly impossible for you to clean the files that have been put there, unless you buy THIER software to do it. As I've been told by other trusted companies, that this particular company has bad practices of infecting peoples sites and that account holders need to make a switch - immediately! Be aware!! Stay clear! You've been told. For those who have accounts, empty a folder and sit back and watch it get filled with infected files that makes your account get haulted, suddenly, disrupting your business, your life, and everything else. Painful. They don't care. Experience it for yourself or switch, and tell others to stay clear! Count it a loss to never experience again. I have asked a few business agencies to investigate the bad practices that this company does, but I think investigations act more so the number of reports received. Infected files that they create in your files is not all. Keep eye on your DND records as they can only be done by hand. There should only be two, as one day I was looking through mines and found that I had hundreds of DNS records on a domain that could have only gotten there by physical input. Of course they wont tell you who and how, but this is a few of many bad practices that this company is allowed to do. Again......stay clear or experience it for yourself at your own risk and money. There are trusted companies out there, this one is not one of them.
