I've used this service for several months, and while the pricing is appealing, the customer service is severely lacking, especially in critical situations. The support response is often very slow or non-existent, and I faced multiple service outages without timely communication. They misinterpreted a security notice, wrongly accusing me of exploiting vulnerabilities. Their response to urgent tickets is also disappointingly slow.
