Very bad experience with HostHatch.
Terrible support, slow responses, and zero responsibility. They only care about taking payments, not providing proper service.
Completely disappointed. Not recommended at all.
This seller took my money without providing the promised service. My initial email was met with a response claiming it would take 2-3 days, but after following up, I received no further replies. I strongly caution against purchasing from this fraudulent entity.
I've been a customer for over a year and run numerous projects on their servers. The main reason I stay is the exceptional value. It's tough to find a better deal, especially in their Asian data centers. For just $12 a month, I have a robust server in Tokyo with 12GB of RAM and a fast EPYC processor. While there have been minor issues, such as a few hours of downtime, they are negligible compared to the overall value. I'm very satisfied with them as my primary provider.
