While I was away for 23 days, a payment issue caused my account to be cancelled, and I couldn't log in to check details. Upon returning, I learned I could create a new account and resume services for 30 days. However, a glitch resulted in three accounts being created. I requested refunds for two servers but ended up losing all three. I didn't notice this sooner due to holiday distractions. When I created a new server, it required manual review, taking several days. They were meant to transfer data from my old server but instead loaded data from an unknown account due to a name change. I'm giving them 2 stars for their responsiveness, but they still delivered an incorrect server after their supposed fix. More than 30 days had passed, and they do not keep backups beyond that, even while working on restoration. They need significant process improvements and better training for their team before I would consider using them again.
