I've had 2 tickets applied to Hosthavoc in regards to server setup and getting my world files back. I had missed payments for 2 weeks; I thought my world file was gone for good. They responded to my ticket within 5 MIN and got my world file back WITHOUT asking me to pay for another month. I've never experienced such top-notch customer service. Thank you "Michael S".
