The game im running made an update that completely changes how mods are loaded from mod.io. entire new process required (from server side... meaning Host Havoc needed to make changes)
I opened a ticket on a saturday morning and got immediate response. the responsiveness continued all through sunday evening, when after many changes and a few 'try this now' the issue was resolved.
These changes were adding and modifying sections to server configuration for a new authorization process at the Mod site, while also accommodating changes in file system for the mods, and exposing where needed to the management interface so i could enter new values.
