Would give 0 stars if I could unfortunately. Not sure if the company was bought out or management rolled over or what's happening, but their staff even went so far to prevent me from leaving feedback publicly. You'll get nothing but AI copy paste responses from their script bank. I was an A2hosting customer since 2014, and despite their technical support staff being wonderful, their management has already been god awful. I just transferred my service away, you'd be surprised how easily competing companies can transfer things over seamlessly. There's more context to them sucking but it's not important, only makes them look worse, I'll just leave the following:

Update #2: In response to their reply: They're trying to say "hey man, it's not 2014 anymore, while in the same breath charging $1800 now and compound raising prices by 30-40% over the last 2-3 years. I asked them where I could leave feedback publicly, twice in two different replies, and both times they said "Please we prefer to resolve this privately" - don't buy it for a second, damage control on reviews is owning your mistakes and being accountable, not playing defence and pretending. I'd be happy to pull the review down if they had a shred of accountability, but there isn't - they offered me a 30% discount after weeks of this bs, too late, don't screw your most loyal and long term customers around. I paid $900 for 3 years of hosting elsewhere, thanks for nothing
