I ordered a dedicated server, which has been down for 4 weeks. After 16 days, they replaced it with a server lacking a hard disk, rendering it unusable again. I opened a new ticket about the hard drive issue, but have heard nothing for 14 days. Their ticket system is unresponsive, and their service level agreement is a joke. The management is chaotic, and even after payment, I received unpaid invoice notifications for services that don't work. When servers are finally delivered, they come with poorly functioning control panels. If something goes wrong after setup, you are left stranded. I strongly advise against this provider.
