I ordered a server with a promised bandwidth of 10 Gbps, but it only delivers 20 MBPS. I contacted support for assistance but received no reply. After requesting a refund, I still haven't seen my money. Overall, a disappointing experience. I will not return.

Unsatisfactory, services frequently experience outages. When they do, support takes a long time to respond and often requires multiple attempts and days, even weeks, to resolve any issues. With so many other options available at similar or better prices, they are not worth trying.
I ordered a dedicated server, which has been down for 4 weeks. After 16 days, they replaced it with a server lacking a hard disk, rendering it unusable again. I opened a new ticket about the hard drive issue, but have heard nothing for 14 days. Their ticket system is unresponsive, and their service level agreement is a joke. The management is chaotic, and even after payment, I received unpaid invoice notifications for services that don't work. When servers are finally delivered, they come with poorly functioning control panels. If something goes wrong after setup, you are left stranded. I strongly advise against this provider.
My dedicated server took nearly 2 months to arrive and didn't work at all. I couldn't install anything on it, and the VPS with 4GB or 8GB of RAM isn't sufficient for modern applications given the price. I strongly advise against purchasing from this provider.
They lack experience, and the support team isn't helpful. I recently needed assistance with an issue, but they didn't provide any help. After several days of trying to resolve my problem, my VPS expired without me installing anything on it. I mentioned this in a ticket, but they told me to pay the invoice and they would add a couple of weeks, despite my inactivity. I truly don't understand how this company is still in business.
I purchased 2 domains and instead of receiving them quickly, I had to wait a month. I submitted a ticket asking for updates, but received no response. I sent a second ticket requesting a refund, but nothing happened. It's concerning when a service stops answering questions or processing refunds. I strongly recommend avoiding this provider!
