The room was acceptable, and even though there was a note stating that towels wouldn't be changed daily, they were replaced, and the beds were made. However, they were made over our pajamas, which seemed pointless. We lost a white baby towel with a hood, which was never found, and no compensation was offered. It was stored in the cupboard, which apparently was a mistake on our part as it could be mixed up with their towels! A staff member must have taken it. The breakfast was decent, but the other meals—pizza and pasta—were inedible.
