Even after showing my receipt, they wouldn't let me in and suggested I call for a refund. It wasn't a large amount, but it was frustrating, and I ended up paying again to access my room after a long journey with my elderly parents. The hotel looked appealing from the outside, but once inside, the quality felt cheap. The room was dark, and the amenities were low quality. The online photos suggested otherwise, and many reviews were overly positive. I wouldn't recommend it for a nice holiday, but it might be acceptable for a budget stay or quick stopover.
