So I joined their loyalty thing to get a discount on my first order but never got the discount code. On their website it says live chat. No matter how many times I tried, this was never available. Had to go to a store where the staff were lovely and let me have the discount. Hassle I didn’t need really. I should have got my discount, ordered on line with free delivery. I shouldn’t have had to drive to a store wasting petrol!
