I was very happy with the box of chocolates which I buy regularly and always enjoy. However, it was delivered by Amazon and left on the front doorstep in the sun. Their usual drop and run delivery. Luckily we were at home so brought them in straight away. If they had been damaged by the sun I imagine we would have great difficulty getting any recompense.
