This item wasn’t delivered correctly but left in direct sunlight. The contents are totally soft and l ordered this in time for my wife’s birthday on the 23rd. The courier did not correctly deliver it just left in a back garden. All deliveries by the postman and other couriers are delivered to our front door. Our dog didn’t bark and it was sometime before l got an acknowledgment. Amazon recently pushed in our back garden gate the wrong way with force causing extensive damage to our garden and fencing. It is costing me £850 plus vat to replace. Now l know Hotel Chocolat use Amazon for deliveries l won’t be buying from them again.
