I’ve just bought the new velvetiser (that does both hot and cold drinks) to replace my previous one that does just hot. Both create very nice drinks. My inner child is happy! My only criticisms are that a gentle noise when it finishes would be helpful and a clearer line for the levels are needed. It came with new flavours to try. I was desperate to try the creme brûlée, expecting a vanilla custard type taste. It’s was very disappointing and almost tasteless. This was heartbreaking. Also registered the machine and you are meant to get free dipping biscuits. However from chat on social media it seems you don’t get this if you’re an existing customer. Disappointing.
