I arranged for a birthday sleeve of chocolates to be sent for a friend's 85th birthday. I added delivery instructions to Amazon asking them to knock on the door and wait for a couple of minutes as my friend has mobility issues. I was absolutely furious to be sent a photo of the package at the bottom of the stairs outside her flat showing that either the instructions hadn't been read or the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to walk up a few steps. Hugely disappointing as the chocolates were left in the heat.
