Ordered on line previously and experienced no problems. This time I ordered 4 boxes of hot chocolate - approx £60 worth of goods. The individually wrapped hot chocolate in 2 of the boxes were completely fused, meaning that they can not go through the velvetiser as it makes a horrendous noise, needs to go through twice, and frankly I’m scared it will break the velvetiser. With one box I ended up bashing each of the sachets with a rolling pin first before using them into the velvetiser, but then moved to breaking up the sachet (essentially a “bar” of chocolate) and putting it in the microwave before going into the velvetiser. The second box is even more of a block of chocolate than the first. It’s a bit of a pain tbh! Don’t think I would order on line again, buying from the retail shop seems like a better idea.
