Unfortunately took a chance on the warm weather and ordered a box to give as a gift. Fed Ex delivered a day after they initially set date. The box was hot, the insulated package was very warm inside, the cold packs were warm, they left water on wrapping, and the pieces in the box had all been jostled to one end and sticking together from melt. I slowly picked them apart and tried to rearrange them and put in fridge. The cust service did not accept my word nor the pics of the wrappers and cold packs as evidence of unsatisfactory product and since I had tried best to salvage already there was no pic of the original condition of contents. >If you decide to ship be aware of the facts that it is not as easy a process if they melt or get jostled. Fool me once….
