Ordered chocolates for my girlfriends birthday, I had no ETA on delivery all day, they then didn't show up until 6pm when she's out for the night, at which point Amazon leave them on the front door in 30 degree heat (despite me instructing to leave with neighbour). Chocolates are like soup when she returns home later. Really poor.
