I ordered chocolates yesterday to be delivered today to a vetinerary practice to thank the team for looking after my dog after she passed away last week. It was passed to Amazon to deliver which they did, but not to the address specified.Someone somewhere has a quality box of chocolates, I hope they enjoy them. I was hugely disappointed. I contacted Hotel Chocolat and they are arranging a refund. I would rather Amazon had done their job properly. Perhaps the Amazon CEO has taken his eye off the ball in Venice, spending his fortune.
