Love the velvetiser and chocolate sachets. However I do not appreciate Amazon your courier delivering late in the evening and failing to deliver to my door but dumping my order 3 floors down in my block of flats. A kind neighbour spotted the box and brought it up to me, when I said that it was from Hotel Chocolat he made the remark "why is a quality company using Amazon with their reputation for poor delivery". Exactly the question I asked myself when the box was so warm that the chocolate flakes in the sachet I opened had become a solid clump.
