Went to the Harrogate branch with a few friends from Ireland to show them the velvetisers. We were immediately greeted by Poppy who was super friendly and enthusiastic, she got us some samples of the black forest hot chocolate to try and was so knowledgeable about the products. We were all blown away by how kind and bubbly she was and she really knew her stuff. We all bought drinks and I came back separately to buy Father's Day chocolates afterward. Highly recommend!
