My husband recently ordered me a Classic cabinet from Amazon as a pick me up as I am awaiting surgeryUnfortunately they arrived in an awful state, looking like they had been stored badly i.e they had melted and then re-set. We did get a refund from amazon eventually and was advised by my local store to take it up with Hotel Chocolat head office, which I did.By way of compensation they offered me a small pack of chocolates from the selector range which they then sent to the wrong address. After some back and forth they sent a gift voucher which I spent at my local store in Cheltenham. I have to say the staff there were a lot more helpful.
